In NGT's continuing effort to provide IT support for clients when they need it, we have been analyzing our call volume and times. Because of this, we are expanding our standard help desk hours.
Currently help desk staff is available from 8:00AM to 5:30PM, but starting February 1st NGT will have someone on help desk starting at 7:00AM through 5:00PM.
We still have our Priority 1 system for emergency/after hours support as well.
